Windermere - 24 Mar - This charming South Walkerville home caught my eye. I saw so much potential we just had to buy it! We refinished all the hardwood floors, refaced the fireplace, installed a new kitchen and painted. We had a new roof put on and installed some new windows. It didn't take much to bring out the beauty in this place!
Shepherd - 13 Mar - This was a true diamond in the rough! Hidden by over grown shrubbery, old wooden windows, clawfoot style tub and small sink and old kitchen. All the room sizes were decent, we just opened up the wall between the kitchen and dining area to create an open concept. After new windows, new kitchen, new bathroom, we refinished the original hardwood floors in the bedrooms and this house was ready to be someones home!
McKay - 13 Mar - I have never seen a home with as much animal hair in every possible square inch as this one! It was incredible! Once all the fur was cleaned up, we removed a wall that seperated a very tiny bedroom and a very small livingroom creating a much larger living room. The home now has three bedrooms and one bath. Installing a new kitchen and some paint, made this an awesome rental!
Pierre - 13 Mar - When this home was purchased it had been vacant and neglected for awhile. Between the odd smell in the air and the fridge that was unplugged with food still in it, we knew we had our work cut out for us. We removed the wall between the kitchen and dining room allowing us to add more cabinet space and creating an open concept dining/kitchen combo. The bathroom tub was reglazed and some of the yellow border tiles were as well. Installing a new toilet and vanity was all this bathroom needed. We turned the three extremely small bedrooms into two good size rooms. The rest of the house needed some paint and a good clean up. We now have this as an income property with steady tenants.
