This was a true diamond in the rough! Hidden by over grown shrubbery, old wooden windows, clawfoot style tub and small sink and old kitchen. All the room sizes were decent, we just opened up the wall between the kitchen and dining area to create an open concept. After new windows, new kitchen, new bathroom, we refinished the original hardwood floors in the bedrooms and this house was ready to be someones home!
